Dear Dr. Watson,

last month you were in Germany and made an interview with the paper FAZ. I agree totally with the president of the United States of America, George W. Bush, in denying the Koyto protocol. But what I can’t understand is that the President and you seem to believe in the “greenhouse effect” and in the possibility that man can influence the climate by reducing the carbon dioxide in the air.

There is no physical reason to do this. The greenhouse effect is the biggest deception in modern times. It never existed in history and will never exist. “Climate science” is a product of “postnormal science”. I will shortly explain this, from physicist to physicist.

The earth itself and every body on it has a temperature above O Kelvin and contains therefore energy. But all matter is loosing permanently energy by radiation. By nature and by time every body is loosing heat, its temperature is falling. One of the most important natural laws is therefore Newton’s ‘cooling law’. No body can get warmer in a cooler environment, because it’s emitting/loosing more energy than absorbing/winning by radiation from the environment.

Life on earth would never exist without an external hot energy source – the sun. It’s no secret that only the sun can compensate the perpetual energy lost of earth. During night without solar energy the earth is cooling, its temperature is diminishing till sunrise. Near the ground we have in clear nights every morning a temperature inversion. When the radiation of the sun is greater than the infrared radiation of the earth, the surface will warm again. Only then the atmosphere will be heated by conduction and by convection.

The heating up of the gaseous atmosphere doesn’t take place by radiation because the air is mostly transparent for electromagnetic waves. There are two great practically open radiation windows in the atmosphere, the shortwave window between 0.3 and 3.0 mm and the long-waved window between 8 and 13 mm. It was God who not only said, it will be light. He didn’t forget the second window, where the waste energy of the earth could escape by light velocity into the universe.

This energy lost by infrared radiation is real, true and can meanwhile since 1965 be photographed by special infrared scanner. From high flying airplanes ore satellites you can detect by remote sensing each object or enemy by its own heat emission or radiation. No “greenhouse gas” with his special absorption=emission lines can obviate or interrupt this. Essentially not the carbon dioxide with its absorption lines near 15 mm outside of the radiation window.

In physics each pupil/student is learning that there are three aggregate states, that we have solid, liquid and gaseous bodies. He learns too in spectrum analysis that solid and liquid bodies emit radiation continuously and that gaseous substances like atoms and molecules only can absorb and emit radiation at special spectral lines. Therefore, if the assumption is right that the earth is nearly a “black body” than it’s impossible to construct an atmosphere which can absorb all the radiation of the earth before reemitting it to the earth. But even if there would be an invisible mirror in the middle of the atmosphere (6 km high) who reflects 100 % of the emitted earth radiation than the temperature of the earth would be constant. A greenhouse effect of plus 33° C is totally impossible. This is why I said that the declaration of the greenhouse effect is a gigantic lie.

It’s falsehood and deceit independent of the fact that most of the politicians and the general public is – by the public opinion – believing in this manifest and evident lie by postnormal scientists. Please tell this your President. The “greenhouse effect” is a mere illusion, nothing else.

Once upon a time the soviet dictator Josef Stalin believed that he could hold sway over the weather with great “accumulators”. It was a communist dream, is a dream and will stay a dream. We may seed a single cloud but the weather is in Gods hands. Climate is merely a statistically waste product of the past weather. Only socialists believe in the omnipotence of man.
